  2. Ứng dụng thiết bị vi chất lỏng (microfluidic devices) trong CNHH: sensor hóa học và thiết bị tổng hợp hóa học trên nền thiết bị vi chất lỏng.
  3. Kỹ thuật điện hoá kết hợp công nghệ MEMS; MEDM and MECM (gia công cơ bằng phương pháp điện hoá)
