I. Foundation Year- In 1999-2000, the training scheme of specialty of pharmaceutical chemistry and pesticides technology was organized in HN University of Technology.
- In November 2001, the university managing board officially founded the department of pharmaceutical chemistry and pesticides technology under the genre of Organic Technology- Petrochemistry, Chemistry Technology faculty.
- On August 22 2006, the department of pharmaceutical chemistry and pesticides technology was officially founded. That was the first time this university- level specialty had been trained in the faculty of Chemistry Technology of HN university of Technology which is the first university setting up this specialty.
II. The Present personnel of the department:
11 persons, contain: 1 Prof.; 4 Dr.; 6 Masters.
III. The Specialized Tasks
- Training engineers, graduate students, research students of pharmaceutical chemistry technology- vegetation protection chemical specialty with high competence for enterprises producing, doing business and management in pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, and pesticides chemical nationwide.
- Research and technology transfer in pharmacy and pesticides technology.
