Abstract Submission Instructions:

  1. Please prepare your abstract in word format according to the template. The Abstract Template can be found HERE
  2. Abstracts should only be submitted online via EasyChair and please do not send your final papers before August 15, 2015.
  3. All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review. The abstract should clearly indicate the aims and conclusions of the work to be described in the final paper. 

You will be informed by e-mail about the acceptance/rejection of your abstract submission after the peer review process.

 

Process of sending your abstract via EasyChair:

  1. Step 1- Creating an EasyChair Account: Go to the Easychair Abstract submission page, you should register first – just click at the “sign up for an account” link at the login page and fill in the form. The system will send you an e-mail with the instructions how to finish the registration. (If you already have an EasyChair account from a previous conference, use your existing account for this conference, skip this step and start from Step 2). 
  2. Step 2: Go to the EasyChair RCChE2015 submission page
  3. Step 3: Enter your EasyChair username and password and log in
  4. Step 4: Click NEW SUBMISSION at the top of the page
  5. Step 5: By following the instructions fill in the form, and then submit
